Dave Plenty

Dave has been playing professionally for over 35 years. During this period, Dave has played sideman to many varied artists both live and in the studio.

Dave has played many musicals. 

 

Highlights include.

Danc’n Man (David Atkins),

Billy Elliot (The Musical) 2008,

Evita, Mamma Mia, Jersey Boys, Hairspray (2011), Annie (2012) and many more.

Festival Highlights include Manly Jazz Festival, Fabrik Jazz festival (Germany)  Darling Harbour Jazz Festival, York Jazz Festival, Bellingen, and others to name a few.

Education: 2 years at the School of Music (ACT).

2 years at the Conservatorium of Music (Sydney).

35 years of teaching experience.

25 years at tertiary levels.
